Honestly, the roster is small on purpose. Our best people stay involved in every engagement, and the average tenure is 23 months... that number only works if the same people stay on your account. We hate churn more than you do.
How long do clients stay with you?
Our average client tenure is 23 months. Nearly double the industry norm.
Why are you selective with clients?
Because our success (and fee) is tied to your product, we prefer to work with products that have established a strong proof of concept and market fit.
How fast will we see results?
Most clients see real traction in the first 30 days. Not all... it depends on where the account starts, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling you. We balance the quick wins with long-term growth systems.
Do you guarantee results?
Nothing in life is guaranteed. We don’t make empty promises. Our revenue-share model means we only win if you win.
How does pricing work?
A base retainer plus a revenue share... we only make real money when you grow. Exact structure depends on your size, and you’ll have numbers after one call.
How do you build strategy?
It starts with deep ICP research and real customer motivations. Every campaign, channel, and piece of creative flows from that foundation. We then focus on scaling total profit by driving top-of-funnel new customer acquisition, while also boosting LTV through email.
Do you only run ads?
We’re full-stack growth marketers. Paid ads, creative testing, email, and cross-channel strategy all work together. That said, we can engage on just a single channel if preferred.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We partner with brands that already have product-market fit and want to scale aggressively. Typically that means at least $50K in revenue per month.
Is my account run by AI?
No. Every account is run by a senior operator. The AI layer we built does the watching, pulling, and assembling... the operator does the judging and deciding. You get more senior attention this way, not less.
What does superlinear actually mean?
Output that grows faster than headcount... basically the opposite of how agencies scale, where every client they add dilutes the attention yours gets. Our systems compound instead. Every account benefits from every system we’ve ever built.
Are you an AI agency?
We’re a senior growth team that builds its own leverage. If “AI agency” means prompts generating slop with nobody senior watching, then no. Emphatically not.
